US Mezzanines partners with leading manufacturers of push back racks – racks that use gravity fed telescoping carts – to provide high density storage. Push Back Rack Advantages:

• Exceptional use of space
• Allows for both selectivity and dense storage
• Good isle selectivity
• More picking faces with few aisles
• Available in roll form or structural materials

Push Back Rack Applications:

• Inventory with multiple SKU’s and multiple pallets of each SKU.
• LIFO storage (last in, first out)
• Can be configured 2 to 6 pallets deep,
• Storing up to six pallets of each SKU while maintaining the ability to select 1 pallet of each SKU.

Push Back Pallet Rack Considerations:

• Will time sensitive or dated inventory be impacted?
• The depth of the system is based on the available space and the quantity and size of the pallets
• The height of the system is limited by the pallet height, building clear height and the max lift of the truck.
• The product on the pallets must be strapped or stretch wrapped to pallet to safeguard against shifting or spillage.
• The product must be positioned square and straight on the pallets to avoid damage to the product
