US Mezzanines flooring systems come in a variety of types, each tailored to meet the specific needs and load capacity requirements of your mezzanine. Choose between composite resin board over a corrugated steel deck, open bar grating and open steel planking. Concrete flooring is also available.
Flooring Options
Corrugated Decking
USM corrugated decking is a steel underlay used to reinforce resin board and concrete flooring. Complete with a galvanized top side and white underside, corrugated steel decking is available in three different gauges for your convenience. Please consult the tables below for further information regarding properties and load capacity.
Resin Board
USM resin board will be your choice for a sleek and durable mezzanine flooring system. Fastened on top of corrugated decking for extra support, resin board is available in four different grades to meet your load capacity requirements. * For more information, please visit www.resindek.com
Open Bar Grating
USM open bar grating will be your choice for heavy industrial use. Available in standard black paint finish. Please refer to the table below for information regarding load capacity.
Concrete
USM also offers concrete flooring over a corrugated steel deck. Please consult a USM engineer if you are considering this type of flooring for your mezzanine.
Open Steel Planking
USM open steel planking is ideal for the wear and tear of industrial applications. Galvanized for extra durability and corrosion-resistance. Standard open steel planking is available in 9”x144”x18GA sheets.
